The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

小1作業竟要「觀察樹葉」寫報告霸氣父花2天怒代寫

大陸浙江杭州一名父親在網路上抱怨，表示自己兒子亮亮(化名)才剛上小學1年級，日前竟拿回家1本厚厚的科學作業簿，原來是老師要求學生觀察各種樹葉、測量樹葉的周長等，最後做成1份達12頁的手寫報告，讓他相當傻眼，直呼「小孩字都寫不了幾個，卻就要寫報告！」

根據陸媒報導，亮亮父親表示，這份作業不僅要孩子撿落葉、觀察落葉、找找不同形狀的樹葉，甚至還要求孩子觀察一棵樹的樹葉大小、軟硬、顏色等變化，甚至還要測量一片樹葉的周長，超齡的作業讓他相當氣憤，怒批「周長這個概念，一年級的孩子哪裡知道，這明擺著就是家長作業嘛！」

對此，校方解釋，這項作業並沒有要求短時間要交，「是希望孩子們了解葉子從生到死的過程，並提高他們動手動腦的能力」，校方也認為，其實這個調查報告孩子可以自己寫，不會寫的字用拼音，也可以請家長代筆，「重要的是過程能讓孩子參與」。

高雄馬「跳級」降載20%仍紅害環團籲檢討

2018高雄國際馬拉松賽預先降載有見藍天，但空品仍是達到紅害等級。台灣健康空氣行動聯盟與立委劉建國、徐永明、陳宜民27日再度針對空污問題召開記者會，除了肯定高雄市政府在賽前事先降載減排，但當天仍再度於紅害中開跑，顯示減排力道與幅度不足，共同要求中央應檢討修正「空氣品質嚴重惡化緊急防制辦法」的有效減排門檻。

他們在記者會上表示，應讓地方政府得據以要求事業在平日橘害時就減排二成，紅害則減四成，同時污染區上風處大型污染源也要同步減排，才能有效減緩污染，維護國人健康。

這次高雄為馬拉松事先降載減排，且環保局還表示「若紅害加劇嚴重，將強制要求減排降載2成」。台灣健康空氣行動聯盟理事長葉光芃表示，依「空氣品質嚴重惡化緊急防制辦法」，當天僅達到「預警一級」（AQI150, PM2.554.5 µg/m³），僅能要求自主減產降載，但高雄卻能連跳二級，跨過中央「嚴重惡化三級」（AQI200, PM2.5150.5 µg/m³）減排10%的高門檻，直接採取「嚴重惡化二級」（AQI300, PM2.5250.5 µg/m³）要求減排20%。

然而，高雄馬當天楠梓站當天上午8點PM2.5仍高達90 µg/m³，依然紅害嚴重。上風處不減排下風處照受害

葉光芃強調，從這次高雄馬拉松的經驗來看，減二成是不夠的，只有高雄市空污減量也是不夠的。葉光芃說，高雄這次預先降載減排是人治，非法制化是不妥的，「空氣品質嚴重惡化緊急防制辦法」應儘速檢討修正，調整目前過高的門檻，讓防制辦法真正能發揮預防作用。

中興大學環境工程學系教授莊秉潔在賽前預報高雄馬不樂觀，建議跑友棄賽，並表示中央沒重視賽事。葉光芃則表示，這種跨縣市的污染影響，需要中央擔起責任協調，因高雄無法對上風處污染源施力。環保署應負起緊急防制之責，協調上風處縣市的大型污染源同時減排，才是正本清源，光靠下風處在地降載減排，不足以抑制污染累積。環團籲：平日橘警減二成紅害減四成

台灣健康空氣行動聯盟表示，希望各縣市政府不只在特定節日和活動時要求降載減排，而是平常就比照辦理，橘警時啟動減排二成，紅害更應減四成，才能避免空品惡化，才能對廣大的居民交代，而非僅在大型賽事努力提供較佳空品給上萬名國內外選手。台灣健康空氣行動聯盟今天與立委聯合召開記者會。圖片來源：台灣健康空氣行動聯盟

劉建國認為，高雄馬拉松提前三日啟動因應措施，要求當地主要工廠事業降載的經驗非常寶貴，不必等到空氣品質惡劣才要求降載減排，而是預防性減污，值得肯定。他也表示，希望這樣的概念能在本次空污法修法時一併納入討論，透過氣象及相關科學數據預報監控，不要等到空氣惡化時才降載，要在可能惡化時就要求固定污染源減排。

另外劉建國也要求環保署、國健署、健保署、體育署，對類似的大型戶外活動或競賽，要求主辦單位須明訂停止辦理活動的空氣品質標準。減排資訊應透明依人口比例開設中央指揮中心

台灣健康空氣行動聯盟表示，中央開設指揮中心有門檻過高問題，需有二分之一縣市達到紅害，就算台中以南九縣市全紅害，影響人數超過全國人口51.7%，中央環保署卻可依法不開設指揮中心，這是不合理的，應同時檢討修正。

台灣健康空氣行動聯盟和立委共同請高雄前20大污染源公佈高雄馬當日和前三日的具體減排作為，並請中央和地方檢討這次的成效，並提出下次如何改進的想法。葉光芃說，環保署、經濟部也該提檢討報告及改進建議，並到立院進行專案報告，建請立法院列為本會期衛環委員會的專案報告事項之一。環署：減排資訊會上網公開緊急防制辦法將檢討

環保署空保處簡任技正徐淑芷回應，空品預報橘色會預處理，紅害會加強應變。高雄上風處有請雲嘉南一起減排。目前建置網頁，未來減排資訊會公布在網站上。預定3月檢討緊急防制辦法，實施以來確實發現不足，會再聽大家意見，也會儘量處理。
